In addition to your Fixed Week, you have the flexibility of reserving a Float Week. This week can be enjoyed anytime between mid-May to mid-November in the same villa, offering more options to fit your lifestyle. - Reservation Process
Your Fixed Week is automatically reserved each year. Float Weeks are reserved annually through a coordinated process managed by the Residence Club, typically in the spring. - Family & Friends Usage
Your Fixed and Float Weeks can be shared with family and friends, adding flexibility and convenience to your ownership. - Rental Opportunities
If you're unable to use your weeks, you may choose to rent them through the Auberge Hotel Program. Owners receive 60% of the net rental revenue.
Short Notice Vacation Stays
As an owner, you enjoy unlimited short-notice stays at Esperanza on a space-available basis.
- Short-notice stays can be booked up to 60 days in advance.
- Stay durations range from 1 to 7 days, with no limit on the number of short-notice stays you can book.
- After completing one short-notice stay, you may immediately book another.
- For short-notice stays, nightly rates are:
- USD $260++/night for a 2-bedroom villa
- USD $310++/night for a 3-bedroom villa
Exchange Privileges
Owners at Esperanza enjoy exceptional exchange opportunities:
- Exchange your reserved weeks with other owners in The Timbers Collection through their luxury property portfolio (www.timberscollection.com).
- Additionally, Esperanza owners may exchange weeks through Auberge’s partnership with Elite Alliance, providing access to exclusive properties, including Auberge’s Telluride, CO (www.elitealliance.com).
Annual Dues & Fees
The Esperanza Homeowners Association, a non-profit organization, covers all ongoing costs associated with your villa ownership, including:
- Property taxes
- Utilities and maintenance
- Reserve funds
- Maid service
- Furniture, fixtures, appliances, and fine linens
- Dedicated Villa Host/Butler service
Annual dues range from USD $5,185 to USD $6,464, depending on villa size. These dues include two weeks of full hotel service accommodations in your villa.
