Owners purchase a 1/8th undivided interest in one of the six 4-bedroom Luxury Villas. All owners participate in a Master Use Agreement, which merges the villas into the Luxury Villa Membership Program for seamless shared use. - Planned Vacation Weeks
Each owner selects four Planned Vacation Weeks during the upcoming season (October to October). The Residence Club uses an equitable rotation system to allocate weeks, with final confirmations sent to owners by mid-July each year. - Space Available Weeks
After Planned Weeks are confirmed, owners can reserve two additional Space Available Weeks using the same equitable rotation system. - Unlimited Short-Notice Stays
Owners can enjoy unlimited Short-Notice stays on a space-available basis:- Short-Notice stays can be booked up to 60 days prior to arrival.
- Stays range from 1 to 7 days.
- Once a Short-Notice reservation is completed, owners can immediately book another.

Family & Friends Usage
Owners, along with their families and friends, have full access to all 4-bedroom villas within the membership program. Reservations are subject to the club’s system, allowing owners to use any villa, enhancing flexibility and convenience.
Rental Program
Owners may submit up to two weeks per year to the Auberge Resorts Rental Program. When rented, owners receive 60% of the net rental revenue.

Esperanza owners can exchange their reserved vacation weeks through:
